7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited Uses of Rental Vehicle
- Use of the vehicle for any illegal activities is strictly prohibited. Engaging in racing, rallying, off-roading, or other dangerous practices is not allowed. Transporting hazardous materials, sub-letting to others, or permitting unauthorized drivers is forbidden. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, exceeding passenger or weight limits, and operating outside of agreed geographical boundaries without authorization are also unacceptable.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental termination and fees.
Liability Limitations
